NetX for Application Performance Monitoring (APM) consists of state-of-the-art Business Service Management components. Using NetX APM, NetDialog constructs a business-centric, fully customized Application Performance Monitoring solution for our customers. Real end-user experience is monitored both through synthetic transactions as well as passive probes. All components in the chain can be measured and multi-tier analysis will enable IT organizations to detect and locate performance problems easily. Our implementation process will focus on the business-critical applications and business processes, so that the value of Application Performance Monitoring will be directly visible to the business users. Using our service model we will help you not only during the initial implementation, but also when the Application Performance Monitoring solution is in production and changes in the organization and application portfolio are required to maintain the fit between performance monitoring and business objectives.
