The Service Level Management system allows customers to set and manage business goals, and also to define technical service levels that must be met for all applications and services, making it easy for the customer to align business goals with the IT infrastructure. NetX ADN offers a flexible way to define Service Level Agreements (SLAs). This flexibility enables customers to use the SLAs in the way that works best for them.
It is possible to measure whether application delivery goals are met, but it is also possible to define the SLAs in such a way that it becomes possible to measure whether service providers deliver their services according to the specifications in the provider’s contracts. NetX ADN is a useful solution to get control over services and applications and also to maintain control over the multiple service providers. The service level management system ensures that both technical and business goals are continuously met and also maintains control over what is happening in the infrastructure. |
