Using the various dashboards in the NetX portal, customers get insight into the way their critical business services and applications are performing in their WAN. NetX ADN continuously monitors and analyzes the performance, application delivery and user experience of the most critical services, applications and even business processes in the infrastructure.

In addition, NetX ADN provides an overview of the overall usage and performance of the WAN. The key thing about NetX ADN is that the focus is business driven. NetX ADN virtualizes technical network data into objects such as business processes, applications and locations, however still allowing drill-down to the technical network metrics when required based on user role. This approach allows users to communicate with the system in a non-technical way. NetX ADN utilizes role-based user accounts, so every user type will have his/her own view of the infrastructure: for example, a CIO may only want business related overviews, while service delivery or contract managers are generally more interested in the performance of their applications.
