Peter Colaluca, Chairman of the board, NetDialog Mr. Peter Colaluca has worked in the software and IT industry for over 20 years, initially for the European subsidiaries of US companies. He has worked for large organizations such as Sun Microsystems and has launched a US start-up company into Europe. In 1996 he founded Simulus, a UK-based performance management software company, where he was CEO. Simulus was acquired by BMC Software, Inc in 2002. After BMC, Peter Colaluca became the CEO of Webperform, another UK-based early stage software company, which was acquired by Gomez, Inc. He is now a software advisor and venture partner, and is on the Board of three software companies, including Netdialog. Jos Bourgonje, Founder & Board Member NetDialog Jos Bourgonje is an entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience in the IT industry. He has founded and owned several IT companies such as Impact, Centior, Dulcicom, Congress Communications PLC and NRCC. NRCC later merged with Predictive Systems, Inc and went public (IPO Nasdaq in 1999). Jos also set up the European branch of Packeteer (Nasdaq:PKTR). He is a straight forward person, with a focus on strategy, delivery and value creation. He serves on the board of several technology companies, ranging from small to medium size organizations. Jan van Berne, NetDialog Board Member Jan has been working in the IT industry for over 30 years. Initially as a network specialist. He held several management position. From the mid 90 onwards Jan has been involved in setting up companies (Dulcicom, Centior) and merging companies (Dulcicom and Impact). In 2003 he did a Management Buy Out at Cable and Wireless Northern Europe and created ion-ip Netherlands. Part of this MBO was also WideXS Netherlands, WideXS Russia and PI.Se Sweden. In 2008 these companies were sold. Since then Jan is on the board of a couple of companies among them NetDialog.
