Olaf Hasker, CEO

Olaf joined NetDialog in 2007, initially to further develop and implement NetDialog’s partner strategy, but quickly moving into the VP Sales role. In November 2009 he became NetDialog's CEO. Olaf started his career in the ICT sector in 1996 at BT Worldwide as International Business Development Manager. He worked at Ericsson as a Sales Consultant and moved on to Logica in 2000. At Logica and later LogicaCMG, he was responsible for the development of new business relations with global mobile Telco’s. In 2003 Olaf joined BT Global Services where he held various Sales Management positions. Olaf is a people oriented manager who steers towards growth and who values diversity.

Tim Rühl, VP Engineering

Tim started at NetDialog in 2007 as software architect and later as development manager. After finishing his PhD at the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam in the area of parallel computer systems he started his professional career at DataDistilleries, where he evolved from software engineer to senior software architect while also fulfilling  the roles of development manager and product manager. Tim's strength lies in combining strong technical expertise with a good understanding of the challenges of business-driven application development. He is capable of managing the whole product development process from idea to actual product delivery, translating business demands and functional requirements into well-founded architecture designs and ensuring timely implementations.

Patrick Jonker, VP Sales & Marketing

Patrick started his career in the ICT sector in 1996 as Account Manager. At Mitsubishi, Esprit Telecom and COLT Telecom  Patrick made a significant contribution to growing their market positions and he boosted the number of new customer relationships. He advised many organizations during the explosive growth of Internet and is very experienced in rolling-out managed services and outsourcing projects. Before he started at NetDialog in February 2010 he was a successful Account Director at BT Global Services, developing business with a large number of global accounts. Patrick is enthusiastic, trustworthy and likes to build and retain relationships.
