The core of all our services is the Business Service Orchestration service. This is the basis for all solutions we offer to customers. This software is delivered as a service (SaaS) which offers a number of important benefits for our customers:
- You get what you need, when you need it. 24x7. You don’t have to pay for numerous features and functions you don’t use, but instead you use a service that delivers exactly what you need.
- Using our services means that there are no big investments needed upfront to get started. Instead you pay monthly fees for using our service. We provide all infrastructure that is needed to offer the services. Customers only need to instll a probe in their network (which can also be part of the monthly fees)
- No need to implement/manage applications: no resources (cost) are needed. In fact, we take care of that. All software is running in one of our data centers, ensuring round the clock management of the offered services.
It also means that implementation is extremely fast: there are no complex implementations, but instead you are up and running in 24 hours.
- No need to invest in hardware, software or maintenance: we already took care of that!
- Faster return on investment: because you can start to use the solutions immediately, and you don’t need to invest in hardware, software, services, you can start to nefeit from the offered services from day 1.
The way it works is very simple: we have a full blown environment installed in our datacenters, from which we offer all our services. Of course this environment is tightly managed and ensures a very high availability of our services.
When customer get started, we install a probe in the network, connect the probe to the servers in our datacenters and we start to collect data. This connection is of course a secure connection (using SL). Within 24 hour all features are available to our customers, who can the access their service around the clock.
