NetDialog appoints new CEO

NetDialog appoints Jos Bourgonje as their new CEO. Jos Bourgonje is one of the founders of NetDialog and was chairman of the NetDialog board. Jos has a very strong track record in growing technology companies, and has founded several companies before. One of these companies was NRCC, which later merged with Predictive Systems, Inc and went public (IPO Nasdaq in 1999). Jos also set up the European branch of Packeteer (Nasdaq:PKTR).

WIthin NetDialog Jos' most important goal is to grow the company. Both organizationally as well as financially. We will work closely with the NetDialog partners, and will focus on NetDialog's growth strategy.

The NetDialog board will look for a new chairman. Until this position is filled, Jos will continue to act as NetDialog's chairman.
