NetX version 2.0 available

NetDialog announces the availability of NetX version 2.0. The  service will be rolled out to all customer in the coming period.
Version 2.0 includes some major new features which move NetX more and more in the business process management space. These features include a complete new Service Level Management environment, the ability to define and manage business processes and business systems.

But existing pieces of software have undergone a major upgrade. Most noticeably the reporting functionality.
