As of NetX version 2.2, NetDialog will start supporting Riverbed
equipment. This means that Riverbed users will finally have access to a
solution that helps them with consolidated monitoring and reporting,
the ablity to define and manage Service Level Agreements and get a
clear overview of the optimization results of using Riverbed's
Steelhead appliances.

NetDialog announces the availability of NetX version 2.0. The service will be rolled out to all customer in the coming period.
Version 2.0 includes some major new features which move NetX more and more in the business process management space. These features include a complete new Service Level Management environment, the ability to define and manage business processes and business systems.

NetDialog is proud to announce that Peter Colaluca has joined the NetDialog board as chairman. Peter has worked in the software and IT industry for over 20 years, across large organisations and start-up companies. NetDialog appoints Jos Bourgonje as their new CEO. Jos Bourgonje is one of the founders of NetDialog and was chairman of the NetDialog board. Jos has a very strong track record in growing technology companies, and has founded several companies before. One of these companies was NRCC, which later merged with Predictive Systems, Inc and went public (IPO Nasdaq in 1999). Jos also set up the European branch of Packeteer (Nasdaq:PKTR).

NetDialog, pioneer in the emerging Business Service Orchestration market, today announces the closing of a financing round of €2 million. The equity increased with €2 million by an issue of new shares to Prime Technology Ventures. With these new funds NetDialog will continue to develop its international expansion strategy, starting with its first international office in the United Kingdom this quarter. |
