Peter Colaluca, Chairman of the Board, NetDialogMr. Peter Colaluca has worked in the software and IT industry for over 20 years, initially for the European subsidiaries of US companies. He has worked for large organizations such as Sun Microsystems and has launched a US start-up company into Europe. In 1996 he founded Simulus, a UK-based performance management software company, where he was CEO. Simulus was acquired by BMC Software, Inc in 2002. After BMC, Peter Colaluca became the CEO of Webperform, another UK-based early stage software company, which was acquired by Gomez, Inc. He is now a software advisor and venture partner, and is on the Board of three software companies, including Netdialog. Sandeep Kapadia, NetDialog Board MemberSandeep Kapadia is a General Partner in Venture Capital fund Prime Technology Ventures which he joined in 1999. Before joining PTV, he held various commercial management positions with Baan Company for six years including Channel Management director, Business Development director and International Marketing Manager. Prior to Baan, Sandeep was a software analyst at Rolta India Ltd. (an Intergraph USA subsidiary) where he performed system analysis and design. Furthermore, he has been employed with Shah Brokers (Indian Stock Exchange). Sandeep earned a Bachelor degree in Computer Engineering from Bombay University and an MBA degree from Rotterdam School of Management and J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management. Sandeep focuses on broadly on investments in the Enabling Software, Business Applications and Services markets. He serves on the board of Netdialog, Codenomicon, and Navicore.
