Jos Bourgonje, Founder & CEO
Jos is an entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience in the IT industry. He has founded and owned several IT companies such as Impact, Centior, Dulcicom, Congress Communications PLC and NRCC. NRCC later merged with Predictive Systems, Inc and went public (IPO Nasdaq in 1999). Jos also set up the European branch of Packeteer (Nasdaq:PKTR). He is a straight forward person, with a focus on strategy, delivery and value creation. In his role as CEO Jos focuses on relationship building with external parties, ranging from large customers to capital investors.

Pauline Wensing, CFO
Pauline spent almost 20 years at KPN in various positions. She started as an operator and through various management positions she became responsible for KPN’s fixed net. In this role she designed, built and managed large networks and helped board members of large organizations with their technology strategy. She enjoys working with people to realize changes that have a positive effect on business results and is very much target focused.

Olaf Hasker, VP Sales
Olaf joined NetDialog in 2007, initially to further develop and implement NetDialog’s partner strategy, but quickly moving into the VP Sales role. In this role he is overall responsible for NetDialog’s sales strategy and for building, maintaining and growing the relationships with NetDialog’s clients and strategic partners.
Olaf started his career in the ICT sector in 1996 at BT Worldwide as International Business Development Manager. He worked at Ericsson as a Sales Consultant and moved on to Logica in 2000. At Logica and later LogicaCMG, he was responsible for the development of new business relations with global mobile Telco’s. In 2003 Olaf joined BT Global Services where he held various Sales Management positions. Olaf is a people oriented manager who steers towards growth and who values diversity.

Rob ten Kroode, VP Product Management
With more then 15 years experience in ICT Rob has held several (international) principle management positions. Most of his experience is in the area of systems & network management, datacenter services, and consulting services. Besides that Rob was founder of a software company that was a pioneer in the area of web services. As (international) product manager for several companies and various services, he has a wealth of technical and marketing knowledge, as well as extensive management experience. He is a pragmatic manager who enjoys team building and has a good sense of humor.

Tim Rühl, VP Engineering

Richard van Leeuwen, VP Operations
In the past 15+ years, Richard held various ICT services related positions. He brings a wide knowledge of the ICT services space having worked for both large enterprises (Oracle, Hewlett-Packard) and IT start-up companies (ResponseLogic Inc, DataDistilleries). At ResponseLogic he set up the Customer Services organization and he was responsible for Professional Services at DataDistilleries. Besides services management Richard has held project/program management positions with Oracle and Hewlett-Packard. Richard is a no-nonsense manager with focus on customer satisfaction, business targets and process improvement. He enjoys building teams and motivating them to achieve ambitious goals.
