What is NetDialog?
NetDialog was founded in The Netherlands and provides a combination of software and consultancy services for businesses with a need to monitor and audit business services over their IT network, including everything from hardware through to third-party cross-network services.
What countries do you operate in?
NetDialog was founded and holds its HQ just outside Amsterdam in the Netherlands. We also have a regional office in the UK, but work with customers from all around the globe.
What products and services do you provide?
Strictly speaking NetDialog only provides services, based on our proprietary methodology Business Service Orchestration. We deliver our software as a service, but also offer a wide range of professional services to support our customers.
Can I see it in action? Is there a demo?
We are currently producing a film based demonstration of NetDialog Monitor in action, and this will be available on this website shortly.

How long does it take for your products/services to set-up and what’s involved from my end?
All that’s needed before you can begin to use our services to audit and report. is the implementation of one or more probes in your network. Once this is complete, nothing else is needed from a customer perspective. After this, the NetDIalog services can complete a full audit of networked businesses services and provides reports within 24 hours, regardless of the size of the network.
Will you visit my offices? What do you require from me?
We don’t have to visit your offices, but we prefer to. Business Service Orchestration is all about creating monitoring, analysing and optimising IT from the perspective of a businesses needs. By coming to your offices, we will obtain a much clearer idea of what those are than by conducting all our business over email or the phone.
How about the security of your service?
All monitoring and reporting data is 128 bit SSL encrypted end-to-end between the NetDialog data-centre and the customers own network to ensure data security. Furthermore, the NetDialog data centre itself undergoes regular security-audits.
Does your system work with every IT system?
Yes – there are literally no vendor or technology specific restrictions to NetDialog Monitor.
